Aly has been C.E.O. of Redbrick Properties since 1997. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics majoring in Macroeconomics and Econometrics (1990) from the University of British Columbia. He subsequently completed a Master of Arts in Economics majoring in Monetary Economics and Econometrics (1991) at Queen’s University.

Abdul has been in the real estate business for more than 20 years having previously worked at Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, Washington as the Senior Financial Advisor to Satya Nadella, Vice-President of the Small Business Internet Group (at the time) and Monitor Company in Toronto, Ontario as a strategy consultant. He has a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from Duke University and graduated as a Fuqua Scholar. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of British Columbia and received the Ralph Loffmark Bronze Medal for graduating third in his class of over 400 students. 

Raj keeps track of all of our numbers! She always has a calculator and a laptop close by. She is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, bookkeeping for the full accounting cycle, rent rolls, market data tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and expense analysis. Phew! She has a lot on her plate!

Steli is responsible for all aspects of maintenance and renovations across our portfolio of properties. He works diligently with the Building Managers to ensure our properties are well maintained; oversees renovations to exacting standards; manages part-time staff; and, manages schedules to accomplish goals on time and on budget. Steli has been with us for many years and is very experienced and resourceful.  

Brandee has been with us for more than 15 years! She manages Parklane Manor Apartments in Burnaby, the Deerfield Townhouse, and our Downtown Vancouver luxury condominium in Residence Gardens. Brandee is also our back up Building Manager for Residenes at The Heights. She is responsible for tenant screening, leasing, tenant correspondence, renovation and maintenance management, and cost control. She is a go-getter, excels at renovations, and knows how to run a building smoothly.  

Ricardo has an extensive background in residential rental building management and tenant relations. He is passionate about the effective and efficient management of residential rental buildings in order to deliver a high quality living experience to all residents.As part of his daily tasks, Ricardo ensures building cleaning and maintenance are performed efficiently and to our high standards. Also, Ricardo oversees monthly tenant turnover including extensive renovations of suites and special projects including common area capital improvements.

Georgiana manages City View Apartments in North Vancouver. Her responsibilites include leasing, tenant screening, tenant relationships, coordinating renovations and improvements, overseeing the trades and maintenance, ensuring the building is kept clean and presentable, managing the landscaping, and working with the rest of our team at Redbrick to ensure everything runs smoothly. Georgiana has particulary good skills with flowers and plants and these attributes have improved the curb appeal of City View tremendously.

Glenda makes certain our properties in New Westminster are pristine. She has an expertise in cleaning and disinfecting. She has been immensly helpful maintain standards during the COVID pandemic. Her work is thorough and high quality.
