How do I get maintenance completed in my suite?

We have a team working full time on maintenance, property up-keep, and renovations. The quickest and most efficient method of submiting a maintenance request is using our property management software, Pendo. Make a request and submit photos if possible. Our maintenance team will take it from there! You can also use the Maintenance button on this website to make a maintenance request to your Building Manager. 

How do I apply to rent a suite?

View our suites available for rent. When you find one that suits you, click on the unit to make an inquiry with the Building Manager and request a viewing or to make an application. The Building Manager will email you an online application to fill out and submit to us through our property management software. We will require: (1) proof of employment, (2) proof of income, (3) a credit check, and (4) your rental history.

How do I pay my rent?

We offer two methods to pay rent: (1) Interac e-transfer and (2) Pre-authorized direct debit. Both methods are acceptable and both methods are fully electronic without any paper or manual interaction.
